1. WE are not a national company nor franchisee or “dealer” of one.
WE are locally owned and operated, in business since 1992. You as a client can always contact a principal of the company for any issue that may arise. We are in the protection business. We are there for you day and night.
2. We do not use subcontractors for any installation or service work.
All installations, service and repair work is performed by in-house, licensed, insured and certified technicians. No outside contractors or day labor is used in anyway in your home or business. You’ll know whose working on your property.
3. We do not install “cookie-cutter” or “package” security systems.
All of our system installations are custom engineered for the needs of the particular home or business. We make the system that fits to you, not the other way around. We do not use sub-standard equipment. Our basic warranty that is included with every “Napco” or “Gemini” system installed is three years materials and one year labor from the date of the installation. And you own the system. Not like some others.
4. We do not “nickel and dime” you with monitoring fees.
Our monitoring fees are at a constant, low flat rate that has not escalated in years. Whatever your system can be programmed to do, we provide the monitoring with no additional cost. Regardless if your system has 5 or 50 devices, is monitoring fire, medical, panic, duress or environmental devices, our fee remains the same. You pay only for the actual device and labor to install it.
